Mike Rampey, an HVAC professional in the business for over 35 years, was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Rampey taught HVAC at the Northeast Area Vo-Tech School in Afton, Oklahoma before returning to Tulsa and starting Air Assurance in 1985. Today, after 25-plus years as president of Air Assurance, Rampey employs more than 50 team members of the area's finest skilled technicians, staff, and sales personnel. Mike has been nationally recognized in the HVAC industry as the National Residential Contractor of the year, as well as, but not limited to, other honors like serving on several local and state advisory boards. Mike's business philosophy is "To wow the Customer every time, by treating internal and external customers as I would like to be treated."
He works tirelessly to promote a "Brand" of excellence with the people he serves both internally and externally.

Narissa Rampey is a native of the Broken Arrow area and a graduate of Union Public Schools. She also attended Abilene Christian University. She currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources. Narissa was selected as National HVAC Woman of the Year in 2007 by Contracting Business Magazine. Narissa has served on the Workforce Investment Board of Tulsa and the Governor's Council of Workforce and Economic Development for over 8 years. She served the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce as Chair of Workforce and was a member of the inaugrual Board of the Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority, also serving as the 2008 Chair. Narissa has been named Tulsa's Outstanding Business Leader for Workforce and named Broken Arrow City's 2008 Honorary Mayor. Narissa currently serves as a National board member and Safety Chairperson for the National Trade Association Air Conditioning Contractors of America in Washington, D.C.

Starting at age 7, David spent his summers running service with his dad, learning the value of treating customers with respect, honesty, and integrity. In 1985, David's family started Air Assurance, building their reputation for doing just that. Many summers, spring and fall breaks, and any other time throughout high school and college were spent installing, servicing, and ultimately, designing comfort systems. After graduating Harding University, David went into the coorporate world working for Homel Foods as an account manager covering over half the United States until the opportunity to buy the family business became available. Since then, David has continued the Air Assurance tradition of putting the customer first, while providing superior comfort solutions for residential and commercial customers alike. If you know anything about the Rampeys, you know their name and their reputation means absolutely everything. This holds true in everything they do within their business by putting their name behind their work and giving their business that personal touch so many companies lack. David loves to give back to the community through serving in several different capacities. He has served as President of the Broken Arrow Rotary Club, on the executive board of the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Broken Arrow, and Junior Achievement

Even though Mike was born in Houston and has lived all over the U.S., he still calls Tulsa his home. Mike and his wife Melissa have two boys to keep them busy at home. Mike enjoys serving the community through Leadership Broken Arrow, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers)
Mike has grown up around the heating and cooling industry. For the past 8 years he as worked along side his family with commercial chiller applications and in 2006 joined the Air Assurance Comfort Team to focus on residential. Mike has extensive training in the areas of Residential Comfort System Design, Indoor Air Quality and Energy Efficient Home Comfort System engineering.

A lifelong resident of the Tulsa area, Stephen, his wife and two young daughters proudly call Broken Arrow home. For as long as he can remember, Stephen has been active in the community, and he feels honored to continue to be able to give back to his community. Most recently, Stephen has been involved in Leadership Broken Arrow, the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce, the Broken Arrow Young Professionals, his church, and a local competitive soccer program.
As someone who grew up in and around the construction trades, Stephen is very appreciative of the opportunity to help local families solve their home comfort dilemmas. Michael is a long time resident of the Broken Arrow are where he lives with his wife and two sons. He enjoys volunteering at their school, Country Lane Elementary, and his Church, Asbury United Methodist. When he isn't juggling family and work, Michael splits time between planning ski trips with the Tulsa Ski Club, the United States Army Reserve, and Graduate School.
With over 18 years experience in the HVAC industry, Michael loves all challenges. In adition to being a liscenced jouneyman with many years of service and installation experience, he has completed several courses such as Commercial and Residential Duct Design and Load Calculation, AAON Factory Trained Service Tech School, Mitsubishi City-Multi Service and Design Course, Daikin VRV Install Commissioning Course, International Ground Source Heat Pump Association Course, and multiple other training classes from Trane, Lennox, Carrier, Florida Heat Pump, Climate Master, and the list goes on.

Jim is a Broken Arrow Native where he and his wife Robin, two twin boys and their youngest daughter still reside. Jim's professional career has been an exciting adventure. After graduating Oklahoma State University, he worked in corporate America for 3 years, then transitioned to serve as a youth minister while working a full time job as a roofing contractor for 8 years. Knowing the Rampey family all his life, Jim was finally convinced by them to join the Air Assurance team as a comfort consultant because of his strong work ethic, Christian values, and vibrant personality. Jim delivers an attitude of service, always striving to give the ultimate in satisfaction to his customers. He spends his free time helping his wife with the "honey-do's", playing with his kids in the front yard, fishing, exercising, and connecting with people to encourage them in their journey in life.

David has been a member of the Air Assurance family for over 20 years. After graduating from OSU Okmulgee, David started his career with Air Assurance as a service technician. Over the years David has advanced his career through completing hundreds of manufacturer, industry, and business education certifications in route to becomming installation manager. David oversees the Air Assurance Quality Assurance program from the installation department as well as providing additional support within the service department to ensure the highest of standards are consistantly met in order to provide you with the very best installation possible.

Steve is originally from Wisconsin, but has traveled the country extensively both in the military and in his professional career. He is a life-long learner that holds a Master's and Bachelor's Degree along with several NATE certifications and several state contractors licenses. A jack of all trades, Steve enjoys riding with the technical staff and working in the office developing ways to make the team better. "My goal is to ensure each customer is satisfied with the most highly trained technicians in the industry." Steve enjoys bowling, home improvement projects and quiet down time whenever he gets a chance.

He is also a CPA with over 30 years of finance experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, health care, and vehicle auctions. He is on the board of Tulsa Opera, serving as VP of Finance for 10 years. He and his wife are active in their church and the Tulsa arts community chairing fundraising events for March of Dimes, Philbrook Museum, Tulsa Opera, Tulsa County Library, Diocese of Tulsa, and others.
