Jay Rathbun is without question the most professional, responsive, and personable sales rep I've ever dealt with. Last fall, our furnace went out and and coil cracked. Since I am on AA's annual maintenance plan, I called them. Jay came out on a Saturday morning and spent at least an hour and a half discussing our options. Frankly it was not only an informative but also an extremely enjoyable conversation. He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. His caring and authenticity shines through.
Since our budget was tight, and we have a second furnace/A/C unit, we decided to go through the winter without replacing it. When spring came and we KNEW the upstairs A/C was a must, I called Jay again. He didn't pester me during those several months - he just stayed in touch. I have little tolerance for 'sales reps', who tend to be too pushy or don't listen. Jay is a GREAT listener and wasn't pushy at all.
After our second meeting this spring, he immediately sent me three options. He worked with me on the price of the unit I chose, going to senior management for an additional discount. He understood our budget needs, and made the financing options very easy. Somehow, he was able to schedule the technicians to start the install that very Saturday, despite the fact that it was a HUGE job in a 100 year-old house.
I also can't say enough good about Matt and Christian, the installation technicians. They were here most of two full days- Saturday and Tuesday - and couldn't have been more polite, efficient, creative, and non-intrusive. Since I work from home I was somewhat concerned about this but it turned out fine. They are absolute pros and did outstanding work. The age of the house and the design of the previous unit presented some challenges, but Matt did a fantastic job of improving the design, resulting in stronger and cooler air flow. They explained everything in a way I could understand and were some of the hardest working technicians I've seen.
I will recommend Air Assurance to everyone I know who needs A/C, furnace, plumbing, or any other service Air Assurance provides. It is clear this company has a GREAT culture, which starts from the top! The entire experience was a an A+ !!!
