I’ve been meaning to email you. First of all, thanks so much for having these changes made. It is so much better now! Second, we ladies wanted to let you know that the Air Assurance guy that did the work in our area (John) was great. The blueprints or whatever he was given didn’t match up with the actual units/thermostats (they were labeled incorrectly I believe) but he was able to figure it all out and was kind enough to ask when each of us would be going to lunch so he wouldn’t disturb us while we were trying to work.
