I wanted to touch base with you on your plumbing technician that served us recently. In 18 years of dealing with many different techs, he is very good at working with us and on our facilities. He is very good also at working with our employees. Truth be told, he goes above and beyond and we will not use anyone else ever again because we know what we are getting with him and know it’s being done right!
