I am writing to brag about one of your technicians. Mark came to check one of our new units we purchased. The problem was a loose fitting and was easily fixed, but this man was polite and obviously very skilled. He even got stung by some wasps while working and kept up a great attitude! I wanted to thank you for maintaining an outstanding company and for employing such wonderful people like Mark!
