Over the last several weeks, we had the opportunity to meet several of your valued employees. Mike G. came first and did a very thorough job of assessing our situation. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and the needs of the customer.
About a week later, Marten and Shane came out do to the installation of our system. Not only did they do an excellent job on that, but they were able to do the things necessary to correct our many issues that were created by the previous company who did our installation less than 2 years ago.
Additionally, Bill Bailey came a week later to solve a complicated issue with our wiring and thermostat.
I found that all the Air Assurance people are extremely courteous, highly qualified, and very customer oriented! Marten especially was helpful in explaining all of the issues and solutions. Whatever you’re doing , just keep it up because it seems like the culture you have created is working very well!
