I am a long-time customer of Air Assurance. I would like to express my appreciation and acknowledgement of Bill Bailey, shining star on your service team. Through the years, he has consistently done a wonderful job, installing and servicing the Lennox unit that I purchased from Air Assurance.
Thank you for allowing Bill to service my machine, even though, I understand, that he now works in other areas. I would not trust anyone else, like I trust Bill, especially given the unusual set-up on my rooftop unit. What I appreciate most about him is that he genuinely listens to the customer’s concerns. I get the sense that he does what he can to address them, and to turn a “good” job into a “great” job. Such personal integrity and professionalism does not seem so common nowadays.
I hope you appreciate the customer feedback. I just wanted you to know that Bill favorably represents your company, and I do appreciate it.
