Mark and David were fantastic! Whoever is responsible for your recruitment and hiring should be commended. It’s hard enough to find someone with solid technical skills to fill a specialty role like a plumbing technician, but to find people that have this skill AND outstanding customer service skills is almost impossible; however, you continue to excel in this area!
